We are a small environmental and cultural resources consulting business with national experience. We have over 20 years of professional experience gained in over 40 states nationwide. Our small size and low overhead makes our rates very competitive.

We specialize in the following:

Section 106 & Section 110 review and compliance work associated with historic buildings and structures. Our expertise includes military (World War II and Cold War), railroad, highway, industrial and airport property.

Section 4(f) review, compliance, and training associated with the conversion of Section 4(f) protected properties to a transportation use. Our personnel have successfully completed individual, programmatic, and de minimis Section 4(f) evaluations in several states.

National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) review, compliance, and training. We have prepared entire NEPA documents and contributed specific sections to NEPA documents.

We specialize in architectural history, landscape history and the evaluation of military property (World War II and Cold War specilizations), industrial property, and transportation property, such as railroads, highways, and airports.
