Section 106 & Section 110 review and compliance work associated with historic buildings and structures. Our expertise includes military (World War II and Cold War), railroad, highway, industrial and airport property.

Section 4(f) review and compliance work associated with the conversion of Section 4(f) protected properties to a transportation use. Our personnel have successfully completed individual, programmatic, and de minimis Section 4(f) evaluations in several states.

National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) review, compliance and training. We have prepared entire NEPA documents and contributed specific sections to NEPA documents.
