Historic Building Inventory & Evaluation Services
We have evaluated thousands of buildings nationwide through the
Section 106 process for their potential to be eligible for listing
on the National Register of Historic Places. Our evaluations include
the evaluation of relevant historic context(s), consideration of the
subject buildings within the applicable context(s), and a thorough
discussion of the subject buildings' integrity to convey their
historicity. Our evaluations include detailed site photography and
mapping to facilitate report review by the Responsible Federal
Agency (RFA) and relevant State Historic Preservation Officer
(SHPO)/Tribal Historic Preservation Officer (THPO) and their staff.

Section 4(f) Evaluation Services

National Environmental Policy Act Services
We have participated in the development of dozens of NEPA documents
throughout the country. We have contributed to every level of NEPA
clearance, from Environmental Impact Statements through
Environmental Assessments and Categorical Exclusions. We have also
completed Records of Decision and Findings of No Significant Impact.

Railroad Historic District Management Plans
We provide historic district management plans that combine historic
preservation with ongoing capital maintenance programs. Often,
historic properties have different maintenance needs than modern
properties. Use of appropriate maintenance methods can preserve
important infrastructure, thereby reducing or eliminating the need

Desktop Analysis of Railroad Crossing Structures
We provide professional recommendation regarding the potential for
